Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

On July 15, 2015, Ms Dipl.-Design. Stephanie Porsche-Schr枚der, Austria has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that via shares her Voting Rights on Porsche
Automobil Holding 果冻传媒, Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%,
15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 14,
2015 and on that day amounted to 100% (this corresponds to 153125000 Voting
Rights).
51.69% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 79145719 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Ms Porsche-Schr枚der in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held through the following controlled undertakings
