Austria has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act) that via shares its Voting Rights on

10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on July
31, 2015 and on that day amounted to 100% (this corresponds to 153125000
Voting Rights).
51.69% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 79145719 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held through the following controlled undertakings
holding 3 percent or more of the Voting Rights in Porsche Automobil Holding

48.31% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 73979281 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). The Voting Rights are held by the
following undertakings, out of whose shares 3 percent or more of the Voting
